As a deep treatment (15–20 min): After shampooing and conditioning with B. The Product Biotin Shampoo + Conditioner, towel-dry hair so it’s damp (not dripping). Start with a dime-size amount of Biotin Serum + Treatment and apply from scalp/roots through mid-lengths to ends. Comb through for even saturation. Add more as needed depending on hair density, length, and porosity. Leave in 15–20 minutes, then rinse (or lightly rinse if you prefer more softness). For an extra intensive conditioning + strengthening treatment, cover with a plastic cap/bag and sit under a warm dryer.

As a leave-in styling serum (heat protectant): On wet or damp hair, apply a dime-size amount from roots to ends, focusing on areas prone to breakage, thinning, and split ends. Blow-dry and style as desired. This serum helps protect against heat damage from blow dryers, flat irons, curling irons, and hot tools.
